III. General information on personal data processing

1. Scope of personal data processing.
In the field of air transportation, the submission and use of personal data, the processing of personal data is necessary both for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the parties to the legal relations and for the proper and full implementation of the subject of the contracts we conclude. Without such personal data, the airline could not ensure the full and lawful performance of its obligations as a Carrier, or protect the interests of the data subjects.

2. Objectives and grounds for processing:

2.1. We declare that the collected personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

- Pre-contractual and ongoing identification;
- Implementation of rights and obligations under and in connection with a contract;
- Settlement of disputes - out-of-court and judicial;
- Marketing purposes (in case you have given your explicit consent);
- Prevention and enforcement of measures against terrorist financing and "money laundering"; - Statistics, reports and references relating to the specific contract;
- Prevention of fraud and misuse of personal data;
- Legal obligations to submit data to supervisory, judicial, regulatory, public authorities;
- Administrative services for the abovementioned purposes;

ALK AD does not carry out automated decision-making processes, including profiling, which, for the purposes of the Regulation, consists of any form of automated processing of personal data to assess the personal aspects of an individual, in particular the analysis or predicting different aspects relevant to the performance of the data subject, its economic condition, health, personal preferences or interests, reliability or behavior, location or movements, when it produces legal effects with respect to the person or affects him equally significantly.
If we need to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not covered by this Statement, we will present a new one to you and, if necessary, will require your prior consent for the new processing.

2.2. Grounds for processing:

- If we obtain the data subject`s consent with respect to some of the above purposes, then Art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation entitles us to process the specified data;
- When processing personal data that is necessary to complete a contract, to which the person concerned is a party. The Company acts on a contractual basis under Art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation. This also applies to the processing procedures necessary to complete pre-contractual measures;
- If we need to process personal data to satisfy a legal obligation applicable to our company - Art. 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation;
- If the vital interests of the person concerned or of another individual require the processing of personal data - Art. 6 (1) (d) of the Regulation;
- If the processing is necessary for the execution of a public service task or in the exercise of official powers vested in the controller - Art. 6 (1) (e) of the Regulation;
- If processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party, except where the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require the protection of personal data, have particular priority over such interests, especially where the data subject is a child - Art. 6, item 1. (f) of the Regulation;

IV. What personal data do we collect and use

Only the personal data required for the purposes specified in point III, namely:

1. "General" or "Ordinary" personal data we process:

- First, middle and family name;
- PIN, PNF or another official and universal classification;
- Nationality;
- Permanent, current address, mailing address ;
- Email;
- Phone number;
- Vehicle registration data;
- Data relating to the data subject`s exercise of rights;
- IP address;

2. Category "Special" or "Sensitive" personal data:

- Health data;
- Data on racial and ethnic origin;
In case of processing of "Special" or resp. "Sensitive" data, we need the explicit consent of the data subject.

V. Sources of information

In retrieving the information, the Company uses the following sources:
- Publicly available sources;
- Information provided by the data subject on a physical medium or presented orally, in writing or electronically;
- Information provided under a contract with another Personal Data Controller, in our capacity as Processor;

VI. Organizations / individuals who may receive your personal information

In certain cases, in order to achieve the purposes set out in point III, we may need to provide your personal data to:
1. State regulatory and other bodies - NRA, MoI, CPDP, FSC, court, prosecutor`s office, investigative bodies, etc.;
2. External experts involved in servicing and / or implementing the rights and obligations under the contract concluded with you;
3. All authorized employees of "A L K" AD, whose position allows processing of personal data;;
4. All organizations and individuals who need the information provided to achieve the contractual objectives;
All third parties, who may in certain cases, receive your data will be specifically required to keep and process the data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation and, where applicable, the Personal Data Protection Act and the relevant bylaws.
The Company declares that it does not intend to provide your personal data to third parties outside the EU. In the event of a need for such disclosure, it will be performed in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation, subject to all safety measures and procedures approved in the Company

VII. Data storage period

"A L K" AD will store your personal data for a period not longer than the statutory or contractual term, and the data will be stored in compliance with all requirements of the Regulation. VIII. Your rights as a data subject

At any time while we store or process your personal information, you have the following rights:
• you have the right to request a copy of your personal data from "A L K" AD and the right of access to your personal data at any time;
• You have the right to request ALK AD to provide you with your personal data in a form convenient for transfer to another personal data controller or request that we transfer such data without creating any hindrance;
• You have the right to ask A L K AD to rectify without undue delay your inaccurate personal data or data that is not up to date;
• You have the right to request from A L K AD your personal data to be erased without undue delay on any of the following grounds:
o such personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected;
o when you have withdrawn your consent;
o when you have objected to the processing,
o when processing is unlawful;
o where personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under a EU law or the law of a Member State that applies to us as a data controller;

We may refuse to delete your personal data for the following reasons:
o for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;
o to comply with a legal obligation on our part or to carry out a task in the public interest,
o for reasons of public interest in the field of public health
• for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, insofar as erasure is likely to make it impossible or seriously hinder the attainment of the purposes of such processing; or for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims
• You have the right to request A L K AD to restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case the data will only be stored but not processed. Our refusal to comply will be explicit and sent in writing, and we are obliged to state the legitimate reason for such refusal
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to the controller
• You have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing (unsolicited advertising messages);
• You have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling;
• You have the right not to be the subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;

• If we need to use your personal data for a new purpose not covered by this privacy statement, we will provide you with a new privacy statement and, when and where necessary, we will ask for your prior consent for the new processing

All of the above requests will be forwarded, if there is a third party (recipients, including outside the EU and international organizations) in the processing of your personal data.
